Project Management Assistant

THE ROLE

Help your boss proactively manage multiple projects and teams by taking responsibility for all administrative details and follow-up.


SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle administrative details including setting up meetings, updating spreadsheets, following up with individuals, and generally keeping things super organized.
  • Contribute to overall project strategy and direction.
  • Help with communication to staff, volunteers and those outside the organization.
  • Build and equip a team of volunteers to do what you do.
