THE ROLE

Create a warm and inviting experience at the Woodcrest Campus while maintaining operational excellence.

 

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute events to get people connected and find creative solutions to improve the experience and engagement.
  • Manage communication & supplies between the network and Woodcrest campus.
  • Oversee Woodcrest Campus budget.
  • Create appreciation gifts for staff, volunteers, teachers, etc.
  • Maintain organization of offsite storage.
  • Build and lead a team of volunteers to do what you do.

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS

  • Detailed and organized.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to adapt well to changing circumstances.
  • Able to communicate vision to a team of volunteers and execute plans efficiently.
  • Perceptive to the needs of the campus and community.
